From recipe to production line.

Product Development & Commercialization

A recipe that works in a test kitchen can fall apart at production volume. We take products through the full commercialization process, from R&D to purchasing, planning, nutritional labeling, packaging, formulation, mass production and food safety, so the thousandth batch tastes like the first.

Signs you need this

  • 01

You have a product customers love, but it can't be made consistently at volume.

  • 02

A new item is stuck between the R&D kitchen and the production floor.

  • 03

You don't know your true cost per unit.

  • 04

You need nutritional analysis, labeling or packaging decisions before launch.

Menu & concept development
New products and menu concepts, developed with mass production in mind from the start.
Launch & roll-out
Commercializing new and seasonal items and rolling them out with training and support materials.

Common questions

Can you work from our existing recipes?

Yes. Most projects start from a recipe that already works. The job is to make it repeatable, costed and safe at production scale.

Do you handle nutritional analysis and labels?

We have put together complete nutritional analyses for commissary and menu items and managed labeling as part of commercialization. We coordinate with your lab or regulatory partners as needed.

Do we need our own plant?

No. We can prepare a product for your facility, a commissary or a co-manufacturer.
